COMMISSION RESPONDS TO GRANHOLM’S CHARGE
The Lt. Governor’s Commission on Higher Education
& Economic Growth fulfilled its mission of devising a
plan to double the number of Michigan residents with a college
degree or other valuable credential. The commission issued its recommendations
in December 2004, and since then much progress has been made toward
implementation.
